Booking and Payment
To confirm your booking, full or partial payment may be required, depending on the trip. Prices are listed in the relevant currency and may change before final confirmation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds depend on when you cancel:
More than 30 days before the trip: Partial refund minus booking fees
15 to 30 days before the trip: 50% refund
Less than 15 days before the trip: No refund
If No Boundaries Nomad cancels the trip, youโll receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.
Travel Insurance
We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and personal belongings. We are not responsible for costs due to travel disruptions or emergencies.
Health and Safety
Trips require a basic level of fitness. You must inform us of any medical conditions or limitations before traveling. No Boundaries Nomad is not liable for injuries or health issues during the trip, unless caused by our negligence.
Responsibilities of Participants
All travelers must follow guide instructions, respect the environment, and ensure the safety of the group. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the trip without refund.
Travel Documents and Requirements
Itโs your responsibility to ensure all necessary travel documents, visas, and ID are in order. We are not responsible for issues due to incomplete documentation.
Liability Disclaimer
Outdoor travel involves risks. By booking with No Boundaries Nomad, you acknowledge these risks and agree that we are not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage, except as required by law.
Use of Photos and Media
We may take photos or videos during trips for promotional purposes. By participating, you allow us to use your image unless you inform us otherwise in writing.
Changes to Itineraries
No Boundaries Nomad may modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or operational reasons. We will offer alternatives when changes occur.
